Resort Policies

RESERVATIONS:
  • We take reservations from mid-May through mid-August. 
  • A 3 night minimum is preferred.
  • If you would like to stay with us less than 3 nights, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.
  • The swimming pool will be open around the 2nd week in May through August (weather permitting).

    DEPOSITS:

    A $150 deposit is due to confirm your reservation.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:

    We have limited Cottages and are making a promise to you that we will hold your reservation after you make a deposit. If you cancel 90 days in advance, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel less than 90 days, your deposit is transferable up to a full calendar year for another stay.

    • If you need to cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, you will still be charged 25% of your total bill.
    • If you need to cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival, you will still be charged 50% of your total bill.
    • There are no refunds for any cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival. 
    • Deposits are refundable if cancelled 90 days in advance.
    CLEANING POLICY:

    In an effort to provide the very best and cleanest accommodations we ask that you be respectful of the units. Any Excessive cleaning upon your departure will result in a cleaning fee of up to $250.00 per unit. Guest are responsible for any damage occurred in the unit.

    PETS:

    We do not allow pets. No exceptions.

    ALL OF OUR CABINS ARE SMOKE FREE

    There is a designated area where guests are able to smoke.
