Resort Policies

RESERVATIONS:
  • We take reservations from mid-May through the 2nd week of August. (Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum).
    • If you are looking for less than 7 nights during summer, check with us. Sometimes we have short openings.
  • The swimming pool will be open around the 2nd week in May through September (weather permitting).
  • $10 for each extra person per night.

DEPOSITS:

A $150 deposit is due to confirm your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We have limited Cottages and are making a promise to you that we will hold your reservation after you make a deposit. If you cancel 90 days in advance, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel less than 90 days, your deposit is transferable up to a full calendar year for another stay.

  • If you need to cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, you will still be charged 25% of your total bill.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival, you will still be charged 50% of your total bill.
  • There are no refunds for any cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival. 
  • Deposits are non-refundable, but we will try to re-rent and refund the canceled reservation for you if possible.We have no control over the weather and guests are responsible for the balance due of the dates they have reserved.
CLEANING POLICY:

In an effort to provide the very best and cleanest accommodations we ask that you be respectful of the units. Any Excessive cleaning upon your departure will result in a cleaning fee of up to $250.00 per unit. Guest are responsible for any damage occurred in the unit.

PETS:

We do not allow pets. No exceptions.

ALL OF OUR CABINS ARE SMOKE FREE

There is a designated area where guests are able to smoke.
